Chaplain Wayne A. Williams is an Ordained Senior Chaplain. He leads the Operations of IFOC as Executive Director, Corporate Affairs. Wayne was raised in Ohio and currently resides in Hudson Florida. Wayne and his wife Sue (also an ordained Sr. Chaplain with the IFOC) have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. Wayne has a B.S. (Electrical Engineering Technology) from the University of Cincinnati and retired from a 42 year career in facility planning, design and construction at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Wayne’s community service includes, as founder of Streams of Mercy Ministries with Sue, assisting in disaster response, medical support and evangelical activities in the United States and abroad.

Wayne has supported his church in roles of youth leader, prayer ministry, usher, board member and elder.

Terry Morris is a retired Lieutenant with the Pontiac Police Department. He has been in Law Enforcement for over thirty-four years. Terry is married to Patti Morris. He is a veteran of the US. Army Security Agency, serving in Viet Nam & Germany.

He has an Associate Degree: Law Enforcement/Mental Health, a Bachelor of Science Degree: Police Administration/Criminal Justice, and awarded Doctor of Chaplaincy Degree, a Certificate in Electronics Engineering (Approx. 125 Cr. Hrs.) and 20 Cr. Hrs. in “Biblical Studies”(CBC).

Terry has served as a police training coordinator/Law Enforcement instructor. Also as a Trainer/ Instructor with organizations such as Promise Keepers, Royal Rangers, Honor Bound, American Red Cross, NRA and the Michigan DNR.

Prior to his Law Enforcement career, he worked for the State of Michigan/Department of Mental Health. He was a Charter Member / State Secretary for the Michigan Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers (MFCPO).

Sr. Chaplain Morris holds Certificates of Specialized Training in “Mass Disaster & Terrorism” (I.C .I.S.F.), “Public Works: Preparing for/Responding to Terrorism / WMD incidents” (NERRTC/DOJ/ODP), “Management Development “(MCCC), “Critical Incident Management,” “C.E.R.T.: Train-the-Trainer,” as well as numerous others in both Law Enforcement & Related fields. His “Chaplain Specific” training includes, (1) “Certified Basic Chaplains Course” (IFOC), (2) “Correctional Chaplaincy” (Forgotten Man Missions & the Michigan Sheriffs Assoc.), (3) “Police Chaplain Basic Training” (4) “Disaster Preparedness Training for Chaplains” (VA/EMSHG) and (5) “C.E.R.T Training for Chaplains” (VA/NDMS).

Terry is a member of the International Critical incident Stress Foundation (ICISF), the Oakland County Crisis Response Organization (OCCRO), the Oakland County Health & Human Services CJSM Team (OCHHS), the Dept. of Veteran Affairs/Emergency Management Grp./National Disaster Medical System: Crisis Response Team, the IFOC Special Response Group (SRG) andhe is the Michigan representative for the National Police Suicide Foundation (NPSF).

Senior Chaplain (Colonel) Terry L Morris is an Ordained Chaplain (Life Member) of the International Fellowship of Chaplains, Inc. He is the I.F.O.C. Secretary, a member of the I.F.O.C. Executive Board of Directors and a Lead Chaplain Trainer.

At his church he has served on the Board of Deacons and coordinates security and the Usher Ministry. He also serves in the local community as a Police/Public Safety Chaplain and as a “backup Chaplain” for the Fraternal Order of Police (Metro-Pontiac Lodge #132).

Kathy Burden is currently the Executive Director of Corps and also the Core Commander of Frontline Chaplain Corps located in Frisco, Texas. She along with her husband Larry pastor KingdomLife Church in Frisco and currently work with Hope for the Warriors and Carry the Load. Kathy holds a degree in Law Enforcement and has a passion for raising up IFOC Corps in every state to facilitate chaplaincy. She is the assistant director for IFOC Texas CISM team and also the director for the IFOC Texas VOAD team.

Chaplain Sue Williams is an Ordained Senior Chaplain of the I.F.O.C. As a member of the I.F.O.C. Executive Management Team she serves as Chaplain Advocate.   Sue was raised in Ohio and currently resides in Hudson Florida.  Sue and her husband Wayne (also an ordained Sr. Chaplain with the IFOC)  have 2 children and 7 grandchildren.  Sue is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience in pediatric nursing.

Sue’s experience in the mission field includes disaster response, medical support, teaching and evangelical activities in Peru, Argentina, India, Pakistan, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Israel and Philippines as well as disaster response in the United States.

Sue has supported her church in roles of youth leader, prayer ministry and elder.
