Brian and his wife Jeannie live in Central Texas. Brian has a B.S. in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University. He also has a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.  He has been a licensed paramedic since 1998 and has retired from active service.   Brian is an Advanced Chaplain with I.F.O.C. specializations in disaster and first responder Chaplaincy.  He has also achieved his CAC credential through Manna University, where he serves as an adjunct professor for the CAC program.

Brian is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors & COO for the I.F.O.C. He leads the ministry’s operations, builds successful, high-performing teams, and serves all ministry department heads.  Brian was the founding Corps Commander of the Heart of Texas Chaplain Corps in Central Texas and is the Team Coordinator for the I.F.O.C. CISM Team.

Brian has a heart for first responders and teaches them how to process the situations they encounter in their daily work using the CISM model and through Chaplaincy.
