Beverly Smith is a native of Concord, NC, however she has lived most of her life in Charlotte, NC. She gave her life to Jesus in August of 1974, which was the beginning of a loving relationship with the Lord that has continuously grown. She was filled with the Holy Spirit one year later.

She is the wife of Larry J. Smith, a mother, grandmother, home manager, Image Consultant, licensed real estate agent, and she was an instructor for More Than Conquerors College. She has academically prepared herself graduating with honors she has an Associates degree in Christian Ministry from More than Conquerors College and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from ZOE University. She is a member of Victory Christian Center Church in Charlotte, NC and was the head counselor there for 18 years (1980-1998).

In the year of 2003 Mrs. Smith was ordained a Senior Chaplain with International Fellowship of Chaplains and awarded an honor of Second Lieutenant for her outstanding work in the community. In 2004 she became apart of IFOC board as the spiritual advisor and now is Major Beverly Smith.

Beverly is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel and flows under a powerful anointing in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Administration, Counseling and Teaching. She is the author of three books, "New Life Bible Study Series" a workbook designed for Christians and non-Christians, "Women in Ministry from Seed to Bloom," a book for women who believe they are called into ministry and Ministry In the Marketplace Training Manual.. Presently, Mrs. Smith is on radio and television in the metropolitan area. The name of her program is called Throne of His Glory.

BSM throughout the year hold Destiny Conventions for the Body of Christ and Wholeness development Programs Inc. for the community. Our Wholeness Development Programs are community-based programs that work with women, the elderly and children involved in domestic violence, single parents coping with parental responsibilities. We aim to increase morale and self-esteem of adults and youth, public awareness of resources available for specific needs, and develop women spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially.

BSM’s Destiny Meetings are designed to help the Body Christ fulfill their purpose in life. Programs included Ministry Start-Up Workshops, Women in Ministry Seminars, Self-Publishing Workshops, Living in His Presence Conventions, Workplace Development in the 21 st Century, Ministry Mentorship Programs, Ministry in the Marketplace Classes, Advancing Spiritually Bible Classes and New Life Learning Group.

BSM is a teaching ministry that propels the Body of Christ to fulfill God’s will for their lives. We teach practical behavioral living and skills to influence change in society, workforce, home, church, and ministry. Our vision encompasses biblical and professional career training seminars, meetings and workshops to rebuild, restore, and renew, ruined lives.

Beverly is a vessel of honor given to the Body of Christ to draw us to a more intimate walk with Jesus.

Beverly Smith Ministries was established and founded in 1995 under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Beverly Smith Ministries Inc. (BSM) is a non‑profit 501(c)(3) Christian organization.

Mission “…providing personal developmental programs through seminars and workshops participation.  Participants are treated with respect through the opportunity to experience growth in the areas of interacting with others, teamwork and skill development.  The goal is to create a positive environment that fosters improved self-confidence, self-esteem, to define purpose and how to fulfill that purpose through the seminars and workshop training.
